Western Plate
Cake Salé, meaning “savory cake” in French, is a beloved homemade dish. Our special version is baked with bacon and seasonal vegetables, resulting in a moist and flavorful delight.
This plate is served with our house-made roast ham, a fresh salad featuring seasonal vegetables from Iwate, and a velvety fresh onion and potato potage. Enjoy a well-balanced and satisfying meal.
Japanese Plate
Hittsumi-Jiru is a traditional Iwate dish where hand-torn wheat flour dumplings are simmered with seasonal ingredients in a rich broth.
This set features a comforting bowl of Hittsumi-Jiru alongside freshly made onigiri, crafted with Tokuden Rice from Yahaba Town. The onigiri are filled with premium Kouboku Pork—a locally renowned brand of Morioka—and salmon.
The plate also includes handmade dashi-maki tamago (Japanese rolled omelet), marinated wood ear mushrooms, and seasoned okara (soy pulp), creating a wholesome and satisfying meal.
Each plate is served with Iwate’s famous Iwaizumi Yogurt and seasonal fruit for dessert.
