Starting Monday, December 9, 2024, the chefs at Hotel Mazarium are proud to present a new breakfast menu, crafted with care and perfectly suited for the winter season.
As the crisp morning air brushes against your cheeks, the lounge is bathed in soft sunlight stretching across the room, while soothing jazz melodies fill the space.
Your breakfast will be served on elegant “Hasami porcelain” tableware, renowned for its simple yet refined design.
These beautiful ceramics perfectly complement the bright colors of the dishes, adding a visual delight to your dining experience.
– Winter Breakfast Menu –
| Western Plate |
Savor the rich flavors of a Croque Madame made with fragrant, buttery buckwheat yeast bread, layered with homemade roast ham and plenty of cheese. The delightful combination of the runny egg and creamy béchamel sauce brings warmth to a winter morning.
Paired with a hearty minestrone soup, full of seasonal vegetables.
| Japanese Plate |
Enjoy fluffy rice made with “Ginga no Shizuku,” a premium variety from Iwate Prefecture, paired with a soul-warming miso pork soup brimming with seasonal ingredients.
The plate also includes silky egg tofu made with soy milk, grilled salmon, a refreshing side of marinated fresh wood ear mushrooms, and other winter delicacies.
Both plates come with a dessert of Iwaizumi yogurt and seasonal fruits.
At Mazarium, our breakfast menu celebrates the concept of “local production for local consumption,” highlighting the bountiful flavors of Iwate in every dish.
We invite you to wake up just a little earlier and enjoy a graceful morning in our lounge, surrounded by the sounds of jazz and the serene winter atmosphere.
